About this file
This document is a Memorandum for Record containing questions and answers related to the 791 Charter Bus solicitation F3CTSG4129AW01. The solicitation is for transportation services to transport up to 270 airmen from Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota to Camp Ripley, Minnesota and back. The transportation will include daily trips between the barracks and training sites at Camp Ripley from August 26-30, 2024. Drivers will be required to report to Camp Ripley no later than 8:15 AM and will be dismissed around 5:00 PM each day. The contractor will be responsible for arranging accommodations for the drivers at local hotels. There are no special clearances required for the drivers to enter the installation. The contractor can submit a separate quotation/invoice form rather than a specific pricing template. The solicitation does not have an incumbent contractor, and the transportation services are for a new requirement.
