About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file dated 07 April 2025 for a UPS replacement contract at Minot Air Force Base. The Q&A addresses three key points: (1) the UPS units are free-standing units/cabinets, not chassis mount, (2) the installation involves 12 total sites, with only one site located on the Minot AFB base and the other 11 sites in the surrounding area, and (3) contract awardees will require EAL access and will be escorted at each site during delivery and installation. The document provides clarifying details for potential contractors bidding on the UPS replacement project for the 5th Communication Squadron.
