Contractor personnel must obtain commercial vehicle entry passes at McConnell AFB with valid REAL ID photo identification, vehicle registration, and proof of commercial auto insurance; access rosters must be coordinated five business days prior. Government inspection and acceptance will occur within five business days of completion, requiring verification of proper disassembly, staging, assembly quality, leveling, plumb alignment, drawer function, locking mechanism operation, and debris removal; non-conforming items must be repaired or replaced within 14 calendar days at no cost to the government. The contractor shall provide standard commercial manufacturer warranty with minimum one-year coverage from final acceptance, covering all defects in materials and workmanship at no additional cost.
