The first requirement involves replacing presentation equipment at Maxwell Events Center, while the second and more detailed requirement focuses on monitoring, inspection, maintenance, and repair services for a government-owned card access system at Gunter Annex, which was originally installed by Advantor Systems.

Interested companies are asked to provide detailed company information, including business size, NAICS code, and capabilities such as integration potential, certification qualifications, and repair services. Responses must be submitted via email to 2d Lt Easton Flamand and Jeremy Kersey by close of business on Wednesday, 4 June 2025. The notice emphasizes that this is not a solicitation and no proposals should be submitted, but responses may be incorporated into a future solicitation.
