1 Since the combined project magnitude for both is $18M-$24M, can relevant projects under $10M be considered as acceptable “Past Performance” examples?
SI's intent is to award a project in the $18 to $24 million dollar range. Past performance needs to be in that range to be acceptable. Two $10 million dollar projects will not be acceptable to demonstrate adequate past performance.
Brian Grove 5/19/2017
2 Will receipt of the multi-year funding increments cause any anticipated delays in the project?
SI will award funding based on projected cash flow to eliminate any work stoppage. Do not plan for any delays in construction due to multi-year funding.
Brian Grove 5/19/2017
3 Will projects that are not in the PPIRS system be acceptable? And if so, will offerors receive higher ratings for submitting past projects in the PPIRS system?
Projects not is PPIRS will be acceptable. No special rating or preference shall be applied for projects in PPIRS.
Brian Grove 5/19/2017
4 Will multiple task orders on the same project conducted simultaneously be considered acceptable as relevant total project cost?
Projects or task orders that were performed concurrently and proved to be physically related to each other shall be considered relevant for review.
Brian Grove 5/19/2017
5 Will the Baird AHU Replacement and NMBH Renovation projects be done simultaneously
All Base Contract work and Option work shall be performed within the specified project duration.

As the amount of the new structural steel work is minimal, can the requirement be modified to companies that follow and abide by the AISC guidelines for steel fabrication and erection?
No, the structural steel fabricator and the structural steel erector shall be AISC-certified companies as defined in the specifications.

7 Note on drawing S111 and 7/S501 call for inspection of CMU knee walls under granite pavers and replacing with concrete knee walls, if necessary. How can this work be quantified at bidding stage? Would it be possible to provide a quantity for all to include?
The original knee walls below the stone paver joints are multiwythe brick masonry, not CMU as stated in this question. For bidding purposes, assume half of the existing masonry walls below the steps will need to be replaced with concrete. This is approximately 13 meters (43 feet).
