About this file
This document is Addendum No. 3 to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) 001-21/22 for a Unified Operations Center (UOC) Solution issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) in the state of Florida. The addendum modifies the negotiation process of the ITN, allowing AHCA to take additional administrative steps deemed necessary in determining the final award, including additional fact-finding, consultation with subject matter experts, evaluation, or negotiations. It also allows AHCA to require respondents to provide a full or partial demonstration of the proposed products or services, and to have employees of other state agencies attend any such demonstration as subject matter experts.
The ITN was originally issued on July 12, 2021, to select a vendor to provide a UOC Solution for the state of Florida, with jurisdictions including Leon County and the city of Tallahassee. The solicitation has been subject to a formal protest and a notice of stay, which has since been resolved. Several addenda have been issued to modify the ITN and provide answers to vendor questions.
