About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Florida Department of Health (DOH) for the promotion, education, and technical assistance of the Florida SHOTS program. The RFP is seeking proposals to promote the use of Florida SHOTS by medical practices and other users in the state of Florida through product promotion, public relations campaigns, education, and online training. The contract also provides for the technical support and maintenance for FLShotusers.com. The addendum modifies the title page and header of the RFP, removing reference to RFP DOH21-022 and replacing it with DOH21-001. The RFP is open to prospective vendors, though companies from outside the USA cannot apply. Meetings can be conducted in-person, by telephone, or via Microsoft Teams, and all work must be performed within the USA.
The RFP includes a scope of services across various tasks, including website development, training webinars, web-based surveys, and an electronic newsletter. Vendors must comply with specific data security and confidentiality requirements, including the provision of a cyber security audit report. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP, and the failure to file a protest within the prescribed time frame will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 of the Florida Statutes.
