About this file

This document outlines the delivery requirements and warehouse receiving guidelines for Extend Your Reach, a Michigan-based organization located at 4809 Contec Dr, Lansing, MI 48910. The guidelines establish procedures for vendors and contractors to deliver goods to the organization's warehouse facility, which operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prior to shipment, clients must notify their assigned Customer Service Representative of incoming inventory. All items must be packed according to their shipping unit of measure (each, case, bundle, etc.), with each shipping unit and carton clearly marked with the item name and quantity. Shipments should contain one item per box and one item per skid, utilizing standard 4-way pallets measuring 40" x 48" and not exceeding 60" in height.

Documentation requirements include an accompanying packing slip for each shipment that identifies the purchase order number, item name, and shipping quantity. Weight restrictions apply to all deliveries: individual cartons or boxes must not exceed 50 pounds, and total pallet weight must not exceed 2,500 pounds. These standardized receiving procedures are designed to facilitate efficient processing, safe handling, and accurate inventory tracking within the warehouse operations.
