About this file

This document is a Department of Veterans Affairs provision addendum to the GSA Template 3516/3516A for real property lease procurements. The provision outlines an alternative protest procedure for interested parties, allowing them to file a protest directly with the Executive Director of the Office of Construction and Facilities Management (003C) at the Department of Veterans Affairs instead of with the Lease Contracting Officer. The protest will not be considered if the interested party has a pending protest on the same or similar issue(s) with the Lease Contracting Officer.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for a 9,049 ABOA SF leased facility to service a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for Veterans in the Laramie, WY area, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation number is 36C24W24R0075, and the opportunity type is a Solicitation.
