About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details interior renovation requirements for four village houses at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, Illinois: Potawatomi 14, Shabbona 12, Neuqua 19, and Sauk 28. The work is managed by Fermi Research Alliance (FRA) through a Task Manager/Construction Coordinator.

The scope includes comprehensive interior upgrades for each house: bathroom demolition and remodeling with new fixtures and tile; kitchen renovations including cabinet painting (Benjamin Moore EcoSpec #1600 Timber Wolf) and new Wilsonart White Carrara countertops; replacement of all galvanized pipes with copper; new flooring (Dream Weaver Rock Solid III Dark Platinum carpet and Aladdin Commercial AH080 laminate); complete interior painting; LED light fixture replacements; window replacements; and installation of 220V power supply and water connections for laundry facilities. Each task requires specific mobilization, execution, and closeout procedures, with FRA providing dumpsters for waste disposal. The work emphasizes proper safety protocols including LOTO procedures and maintains consistent specifications across all four properties.
