About this file
The document is a Compost, Mulch, and Renewable Natural Gas Procurement Reporting Form from the County of San Mateo, California, designed for contractors, vendors, and county employees to report quarterly procurement of these specific environmental products. The form requires submission at the beginning of each quarter, documenting procurement activities from the previous quarter, with details including product name, quantity, procurement date, supplier information, product use, and application location. Vendors must email corresponding invoices to SUST_SB1383Compliance@smcgov.org and certify the accuracy of their reported information.
The form includes example entries demonstrating how to complete the reporting, such as a renewable natural gas procurement of 50 diesel gallon equivalents from Example City AD Facility for transportation fleet use, and a compost procurement of 2 tons from Vision Recycling applied in landscape installations at the County Center in Redwood City. The form is structured to track environmental procurement compliance, likely related to sustainability initiatives or regulatory requirements, with a standardized reporting mechanism that allows the county to monitor and document its procurement of environmentally friendly products across different departments and contractors.
