About this file
This is a Park Map exhibit for the County of Santa Clara's Fantasy of Lights Event, a holiday-themed drive-through attraction featuring numerous themed displays and installations throughout a designated park area. The map illustrates the complete layout of the 2019 Fantasy of Lights event, identifying over 100 individual display elements strategically positioned along a vehicular route. Key displays include holiday-themed scenes such as Santa's Workshop, a Dinosaur Den with multiple prehistoric creatures, Victorian-era attractions including a carriage and lamplighter, animated characters like elves and penguins in various activities, and seasonal décor elements including candy cane arches, decorated trees, and string lights on fencing. The park encompasses multiple themed zones with designated entry and exit points, kiosks for foot traffic, arches marking transitions between sections, and infrastructure elements such as wrapped railings, rebar pine trees, and directional signage to guide vehicle flow through the attraction.
The map serves as the physical foundation document for the County's Fantasy of Lights Event Coordination Services proposal solicitation, providing vendors with a comprehensive visual reference of all installed displays, their locations, and the park's spatial configuration. This detailed layout enables qualified event service providers to understand the scope of coordination activities required, including display maintenance, vehicle traffic management, visitor experience optimization, and operational logistics across the entire park area. The extent and complexity of the display installations, spanning multiple themed sections with intricate decorative elements and visitor-facing attractions, indicates a substantial event requiring experienced coordination and management capabilities to ensure successful operation throughout the event season.
