About this file

This is a Price Schedule (Exhibit D, Supplement 1) for a lodging contract related to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) 2026 L-481 Training conference scheduled for June 7-12, 2026. The contract requires lodging services for 36 single occupancy rooms per night across five nights (June 7-11, 2026). Respondents must reference Exhibit C and Exhibit C, Supplement 1 for additional details regarding the responding company name and other contract specifications.

The price schedule requires bidders to submit room charges and applicable taxes on a per-room-per-night basis for each date, with all prices shown as $0.00 in the template. Bidders must also provide pricing for parking availability and rates per day per car. The schedule includes a cancellation policy section where contractors must specify cancellation fees in United States currency for various notice periods: 30-15 days prior, 14-3 days prior, 72-48 hours prior, 48-24 hours prior, and less than 24 hours prior to the conference. Contractors agree not to seek additional costs or fees beyond those stated, and the State agency assumes responsibility for paying any cancellation fees should the conference be cancelled for reasons other than non-appropriation.
