The contractor must submit a schedule of promotional and training events at least one month prior to occurrence and maintain records including monthly user numbers, rounds fired data, and gross income, with submissions due within five days of month-end.
The contractor must maintain NRA Range Safety Officer Certification and ensure all employees supervising the firing line hold the same certification. The contractor is responsible for paying monthly trash removal and security system service utilities, maintaining lawn and landscaping within designated areas per Exhibit C, and managing all snow removal for parking areas, roads, sidewalks, and shooting areas. If food is sold, it must comply with State of Indiana Board of Health standards and be consumed outside the fenced range areas, with the contractor assuming all liability. Social media accounts must include property management as administrators with editorial oversight to prevent inappropriate content or negative state representation, and all accounts must be transferred to the State upon contract termination unless all state references are removed.
