About this file
This is a CRA-owned holiday decorations inventory document for the Immokalee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) prepared on November 14, 2023, detailing the seasonal holiday display items stored at South Park for use at Zocalo Plaza in Immokalee, Florida. The inventory comprises 80 items totaling a comprehensive collection of holiday decorations, including illuminated displays, inflatable characters, nutcrackers, ornaments, and various themed seasonal figures ranging in size from approximately 12 inches to 8 feet in height. The decorations are currently stored at South Park in various conditions, with storage notes indicating some items are boxed, bagged, or contained in storage tubs. The inventory provides detailed dimensions, quantities, storage locations, and current condition assessments for each item to facilitate planning and management of the holiday decoration installation and removal services at Zocalo Plaza.
The condition assessment of the inventory reveals that the majority of items are in good or fair condition, with notable exceptions including several pieces recommended for disposal due to deterioration (items 49, 50, and 51), items with missing or damaged components (such as item 16 missing an ear, item 64 missing an eye, and item 39 with chipped paint), and items in poor condition requiring potential restoration or maintenance. Five items (76-80) are currently in transit and noted as being in excellent condition. The inventory documentation serves as a baseline asset record for determining which CRA-owned decorations are available for installation at Zocalo Plaza, which items may require repair or maintenance prior to seasonal display, and which pieces should be considered for replacement or disposal as part of the holiday decoration program management.
