About this file
Exhibit D is an insurance requirements document for Seminole County, Florida's Request for Proposal (RFP-604991-25/MPG) for the Collection and Disposal of Automotive Fluids. The document outlines specific insurance coverage requirements for the selected contractor, who will be responsible for collecting and transporting automotive fluids to a Florida Department of Environmental Protection approved processor for recycling, reuse, or disposal.
The insurance requirements detail four primary types of insurance coverage: Workers' Compensation & Employers' Liability, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability. Coverage limits range from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000 across different categories, with Seminole County named as an additional insured on all applicable policies. The document mandates that all insurance certificates must demonstrate coverage is primary and non-contributory, and includes a waiver of subrogation. These comprehensive insurance requirements ensure protection for Seminole County throughout the automotive fluid collection and disposal contract.
