About this file

This document is an Exhibit C Pricing Bid Form for Seminole County, Florida's Invitation for Bid (IFB-604756-24) for Residential Roofing Services. The solicitation seeks a licensed roofing contractor capable of providing roofing repair and replacement work for residential properties throughout Seminole County, with the county reserving the right to make multiple contract awards. The bid form outlines estimated labor hours for various roofing positions during regular and non-regular business hours, including Factory Trained and Certified Roofers, Roofer Helpers, and Roofer Apprentices, with estimated total hours ranging from 40 to 900 hours per position type.

The pricing bid form details specific terms for labor rates and material markups, indicating that hourly rates must include all administrative overhead, benefits, profit, documentation, transportation, and indirect costs.
