About this file
This document is Exhibit C - Price Proposal for the Seminole County Solid Waste Management Division's Collection, Transport, and Disposal of Automotive Fluids contract opportunity. The pricing schedule covers collection, transportation, and handling of various automotive fluids and waste materials, including used motor oil, antifreeze, oil filters, oily water/sludges, contaminated absorbent materials, spent solvents, petroleum products, and contaminated or unwanted gasoline. The proposal allows bidders to specify pricing for different drum sizes across multiple categories of automotive fluid waste management services.
The rate schedule specifies that all pricing must include comprehensive costs such as containers, packaging materials, labels, disposal, and transportation charges. No additional fees or surcharges will be permitted. The document requires that all drums and containers meet Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping requirements, must be sound and free of defects, and the contractor must provide replacement over-pack containers at no additional cost if a container fails. The pricing is to be submitted per gallon, with options for various drum sizes, creating flexibility for the proposing vendor to customize their pricing structure based on container capacities and waste types.
