About this file

This is a bid response sheet for the Colorado State Patrol (CSP), Department of Public Safety, soliciting repair and maintenance services for traffic management systems equipment at Port of Entry facilities across Colorado. The bid response template requests hourly rates for four service categories: annual reviews of traffic management systems equipment, scheduled routine and recommended maintenance, non-emergency repair response, and emergency repair response. Vendors must also provide hourly rates for specific equipment types including VMS boards, VMS keypads, open/close signs and sign system accessories, and monitors, CCTV, and miscellaneous traffic systems equipment. Service areas are divided into four regions—North East (Ft. Collins, Ft. Morgan, Platteville), Central (Dumont, Limon, Monument), South West (Loma, Cortez), and South East (Lamar, Trinidad)—or vendors may bid on individual Port of Entry locations instead.

All pricing must include freight and shipping costs but exclude taxes. Quoted rates must be all-inclusive and encompass administrative support, supplies, office supplies, pagers, cell phones, parking fees, meals, lodging, rents, mileage, travel expenses, training, after-hours and weekend service, insurance, subcontractor costs, overhead, profit, and all hardware and software deemed necessary by the contractor. The contractor bears sole responsibility for any items or costs not explicitly identified in the pricing proposal. Transportation for all labor, tools, and equipment must be provided by the contractor at no expense to CSP.
