This document is an Exhibit B detailing road maintenance and improvement specifications for the Buck Wild Stewardship Project, issued by the Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management under Solicitation No. 140L0625Q0020. The specifications cover road work across approximately 23 miles of roads, including maintenance, improvement, and brushing activities on various named roads such as Gold Blanchard, Gold Creek, Albert Road, and several identified roads labeled IB1-IB4 and M1-M4.
The specifications outline detailed requirements for road maintenance, including pre-haul blading, drainage maintenance, culvert clearing, and post-hauling grading. Additional work includes roadside brushing to clear brush and sub-merchantable trees, improving sight distances, and managing slash. Specific additional tasks involve replacing bridge running boards at the 7 Mile bridge on Gold Creek Road and improving road dips. The contractor must perform all work to the satisfaction of the Authorized Officer, with the Forest Officer providing ground-level guidance and requiring notification at least three days prior to road construction or improvement work.
