About this file

This is a pricing template for remedial maintenance services that details four line items (ELINs) related to building maintenance tasks. The template covers emergency lighting testing, HVAC maintenance, water system inspections, and exhaust fan maintenance.

Specifically, ELIN A101 requires annual emergency light testing per NFPA 101 standards for 192 units, including 1.5-hour testing and inspection tag documentation. ELIN A102 calls for quarterly HVAC preventative maintenance on 140 built-in systems, including filter changes and system surveying. ELIN A103 involves bi-annual chemistry inspection of heating systems in sea box villages for 2 units. ELIN A104 requires annual maintenance on 20 ventilation fans and registers, including cleaning and lubrication of components. The template includes columns for unit price, labor rate, hours, materials, and total costs, though these fields are not filled in.
