About this file
This is an Exhibit B Performance Requirements/Specifications document for the Washington Department of Health (DOH) procurement of nitrogen generators. The document outlines 14 mandatory pass/fail requirements for bidders, including specifications for self-contained compressor nitrogen generator units with a minimum quantity of 1 unit up to 4 units. Key technical requirements include nitrogen purity greater than 95%, output pressure of 100 PSI or greater, capacity of 3500+ liters per hour, specific dimensional constraints (height ≤66 inches, width ≤26", depth ≤26"), and noise level ≤62 db. Installation, setup, calibration, and performance verification must be performed at PHL at no cost to DOH.
The specifications require bidders to provide a minimum one-year warranty and service response within two weeks of request, with customer support available within 48 hours. The system must use specific electrical requirements (NEMA L6-15 receptacle with 208/240 volts or NEMA L6-30 receptacle with 208 volts, 60 Hz frequency) and be portable with wheels. Bidders must indicate whether they offer annual service agreements and post-maintenance options with multi-year cost lock-in pricing, though this is not marked as a mandatory requirement.
