About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for construction services. The past performance questionnaire is a template for contractors to send to references to evaluate their past performance on previous federal contracts. It requests ratings and narratives on over 20 performance criteria.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to construct a surface level parking lot at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans. It is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Interested contractors must be verified as an SDVOSB in the Vendor Information Pages database. The estimated value is between $1-2 million. The performance period is 180 days from the notice to proceed with proposals due around October 26, 2021. Contractors must perform a minimum of 15-25% of the work cost using their own employees or other eligible SDVOSBs.
