About this file

The document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Item Description (DID) for a Training Syllabus related to a federal contract for 2k Force and Torque Calibrators (Contract Number N64267-25-R-1020). The CDRL specifies detailed requirements for developing a comprehensive training syllabus, which must include multiple sections such as course accounting, training standards, academic media, training devices, course data, facilities and resources, and a curriculum outline of instruction.

The Training Syllabus Data Item Description (DI-MISC-81459B) provides an extensive framework for documenting training program details, requiring contractors to develop a syllabus that covers course title, purpose, description, prerequisites, training strategy, course length, instructor requirements, training elements, academic materials, terminal objectives, and a detailed curriculum outline. The syllabus must address training for aircrew, ground crew, and maintenance positions, with specific requirements for documenting training tasks, methods of instruction, support equipment, and student resources. The document indicates the syllabus is for a two-day in-person training to be conducted at the Patuxent River, MD calibration lab, with government approval required prior to implementation.
