About this file
This is a Scope of Work document for the Johnson Window Replacement project (CNCC FY27-001) issued by Colorado's community college system. The project involves the replacement of windows at the Johnson facility, with the scope including removal of existing windows, installation of new energy-efficient windows, and related restoration work. The document outlines detailed specifications for window materials, installation standards, and quality requirements to ensure compliance with building codes and energy efficiency standards. Specific quantities, timelines for completion, and site condition assessments are detailed to provide bidders with comprehensive project parameters for accurate cost estimation and scheduling.
The Scope of Work establishes technical requirements for window specifications, including frame materials, glass type, insulation values, and weatherproofing standards. The document specifies inspection and testing procedures, warranty requirements, and performance standards that contractors must meet. Pricing should be submitted as a fixed price for the complete window replacement scope, with payment contingent upon completion of milestones and final acceptance of work. Additional details regarding project site conditions, existing building characteristics, and any environmental or structural considerations are included to inform contractor planning and cost proposals.
