Exhibit_B_-_Bus_Stop_Locations.xlsx

This is an exhibit of bus stop locations for the City of Phoenix's Bus Stop and Transit Center Cleaning Services contract solicitation. The document contains a comprehensive spreadsheet listing over 3,500 individual bus stops across Phoenix's transit system, organized by stop ID and location. Each entry specifies the stop's geographic location (using street intersections and directional indicators), cleaning frequency (ranging from monthly to 7 times per week), bench type availability (including standard, advanced, and artistic designs), and shelter type (including standard, advanced, artistic, and specialized models such as T2050A and T2050S). The contract term is five years beginning January 1, 2027, with no extension options, and the effective date is upon final signature by the City Clerk. This exhibit serves as the definitive reference for identifying all service locations that contractors must maintain under the cleaning services agreement.

The bus stops are distributed throughout Phoenix's urban and suburban areas, with cleaning frequencies tailored to individual stop usage patterns and infrastructure characteristics. Stops on major transit corridors such as Van Buren Street, McDowell Road, and Indian School Road generally require more frequent cleaning (weekly to 7 times per week), while stops in lower-traffic areas may require only monthly service. The varying combinations of bench and shelter types indicate different amenity levels at different stops, which may correlate with cleaning complexity and labor requirements. This location-based scheduling system allows the contractor to efficiently allocate resources based on actual demand and stop characteristics, ensuring appropriate service levels across the entire Phoenix transit network.
