About this file

This is an Exhibit B price schedule form for IFB1 2015000105, an operating lease solicitation issued by the State of Colorado for MICR and cut sheet production printers. The solicitation requests leasing of equipment to be located at 1001 East 62nd Ave, Denver, CO 80216. The contract term is 48 months with monthly payments in arrears. Bidders must propose equipment specifications including brand, model, and designation of new or refurbished units. The price schedule requires submission in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the solicitation number and must be completed in its entirety to be considered responsive. No volume of work is guaranteed under this IFB, and there is no guarantee of contract renewal.

Pricing for the 48-month lease must include the monthly lease rate, lessor fees, document fees, and a detailed payment amortization schedule. Bidders must provide annual maintenance agreement costs, calculated either as a flat annual fee or using click charges per black and white and MICR impressions multiplied by stated volumes. The total price for award comprises the total lease cost over 48 months plus total maintenance cost over 48 months. Additionally, bidders must provide the standard sale price and residual value of all equipment and software at the end of the lease term. All bids must include the equipment's economic life cycle in months to meet FASB and GASB criteria for operating leases; failure to provide this information renders the bid non-responsive. Bidders must also itemize and estimate annual costs for consumables based on specified annual volumes.
