All costs for software upgrades, maintenance services, parts, labor, training, delivery, and installation are included in the lease payments unless otherwise specified. The State maintains the right to audit contractor records for three years after contract expiration and may terminate the agreement with thirty days' written notice if funding is not appropriated for subsequent fiscal periods.
