About this file
This is a Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1) from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for bid number 6000002017 related to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Maintenance and Repair Services. The document outlines the pricing structure for various service categories including on-site SCADA system maintenance (estimated 150 hours), non-emergency repairs during normal business hours (150 hours), non-emergency repairs outside normal business hours (24 hours), and emergency calls during normal business hours (24 hours).
The rate sheet includes a parts estimate of $5,000 for the term of the agreement. Bidders must complete all highlighted cells and bid on each line item, with zero dollar amounts being interpreted as no-cost services to the State. The State reserves the right to modify work quantities, which are provided as estimates only. A prompt payment discount of at least 0.5% or $50.00 minimum is available for invoices paid within 30 days, and this discount may be used as a tiebreaker in the event of equal bids.
