About this file
This document is Exhibit A for WIN Requirement Fields from the Procurement and Contracts Division of the City of Orlando, Florida, specifically related to Analytical Lab Services. The exhibit details technical requirements for surface water sample reporting, mandating that contractors generate reports in both PDF and Excel formats that strictly adhere to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (FDEP) Watershed Information Network (WIN) data standards. Contractors must provide comprehensive sample information, including analysis and activity details, with the understanding that the City will use a third-party consultant to upload the data into the WIN data management platform.
The document emphasizes rigorous compliance expectations, requiring contractors to certify their capability to generate Excel files in the exact format specified by the linked FDEP resources. Contractors must be prepared to promptly correct any work rejected by the City as faulty or non-conforming, bearing all costs associated with such corrections. By submitting a bid package, contractors confirm that their personnel have reviewed all attached technical links and can meet the precise data formatting and reporting requirements for surface water sample documentation.
