The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary supplies and materials, with no additional reimbursement allowed. The SOW mandates a 12-month unlimited warranty on all installed parts and materials, and requires the contractor to attend a pre-maintenance meeting and submit detailed documentation, including a Contractor Verification Form, before receiving payment for services.
