B. If the newly awarded Contractor installs their own RO equipment, Contractor agrees to continue treating patients on portable RO machines while the newly awarded Contractor installs permanent RO equipment. The newly awarded Contractor will work with CDCR/CCHCS in assigning patients up to four (4) shifts per day, as CDCR/CCHCS deems necessary, during the transition phase while the RO equipment is installed.
