About this file

This document package includes three Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) forms specifying reporting requirements for an on-site submarine propeller and propulsor repair contract.

The CDRL forms require the contractor to submit monthly progress reports, requests for waivers from specifications for unrepairable or out-of-tolerance conditions, and pre-repair and post-repair inspection reports for each on-site repair using specified Navy forms. The progress reports must follow a standard Microsoft Excel format. Waiver requests must use DD Form 1694 and include supporting documentation. Inspection reports for propellers must include visual, non-destructive testing, and dimensional inspection results as applicable. Other reports can use contractor formats. The Navy will review submissions within 14 days and contractors must address comments within another 14 days. Reports are due by the fifth of each month and immediately for waivers. Distribution is to the Defense Contract Management Agency and Naval Surface Warfare Center in electronic and hard copy formats.
