About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a C-130 Wheel Well Blast and Paint Booths system. The CDRL outlines 12 distinct data items that the contractor must submit during the contract lifecycle, including an Operation and Maintenance Manual, Lockout and Tagout Procedure, Calibration Procedure, Product Drawings, Software Media and Documentation, Plan of Action and Milestones, Site Preparation and Installation Plan, Acceptance Test Plan, Conference Agenda and Minutes, and a Training Plan. Each data item has specific submission requirements, such as draft and final submission timelines, distribution instructions, and detailed content expectations.
The data items are to be submitted to Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) at Cherry Point, NC, with most documents requiring electronic submission (typically as PDF or Microsoft Word files) and some requiring printed copies. Submission timelines vary but generally involve initial drafts prior to Preliminary Design Review, working drafts incorporating government comments, and final versions after system installation or final acceptance testing. The documents cover technical, operational, safety, and training aspects of the C-130 Wheel Well Blast and Paint Booths system, ensuring comprehensive documentation and government oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
