About this file

This document is an exhibit detailing the budget and payment provisions for the CATIS Aviation Tracking procurement by the California Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE). The procurement seeks services to process a number of documents, with the contractor to invoice CAL FIRE monthly based on the number of documents processed. Invoices must include specific information such as the purchase order number, quantity, unit cost, total cost, and grand total. Payment will be made within 45 days of a properly submitted and undisputed invoice, with potential extensions during the fire season. Funding for the contract is subject to state budget appropriations, with the State having the option to cancel or amend the contract if funding is reduced or deleted.

The document outlines the pricing terms, which are based on actual expenditures incurred by the contractor. It also states that electronic bid submissions through CaleProcure are not allowed, and that questions regarding the procurement must be submitted in writing to the specified Procurement Official. The contract term and any potential renewal options are not explicitly stated in the provided information.
