About this file

This document is an Attachment 3, Narrative Response for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the California Department of General Services (DGS) for the CATIS Aviation Tracking Procurement. The IFB requires bidders to indicate whether their services and/or products comply with the attached Statement of Work and to provide technical details on how they will accomplish the required tasks, including proposed staff and timeline. Bidders must also provide their Secretary of State business number, indicate if they have conducted business outside the United States in the last 3 years, and specify if they are claiming any small business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) preferences. The contract opportunity, identified as CATIS Aviation Tracking (DGS-OTA), is limited to paper bid submissions and has a point of contact for questions and a backup contact provided.

The IFB does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources or amounts, or any other salient information beyond the requirements for the bidder's narrative response.
