This includes following occupational health and safety rules, reporting affiliations with residents, accounting for all equipment and materials, and submitting to searches when entering, exiting, or working in the facilities. The second agreement covers the requirements for employees and contracted providers accessing OYA youth correctional facilities, including restrictions on prohibited items, wearing identification badges, and adhering to dress code and search policies.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the EOYCF Flat Re-Roof Project at the Oregon Youth Authority's Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility, located in Harney County, Oregon. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the re-roofing project. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the information provided.
