About this file

This is an exhibit document supporting the Ohio Attorney General's Office Request for Quotations for tenprint card conversion services. The RFQ seeks suppliers capable of converting tenprint cards, which are fingerprint identification cards used for criminal justice and background check purposes. The document outlines the scope of work and technical requirements for the conversion process, including specifications for handling, digitizing, and storing fingerprint card data in compliance with state and federal standards. The conversion services are intended to modernize the Ohio Attorney General's fingerprint record management system by transitioning from physical tenprint cards to digital formats. Specific details regarding project volume, response deadlines, site visits, and bidders' conferences should be referenced in the primary RFQ documentation and associated solicitation materials.

The exhibit provides technical specifications and operational requirements for vendors submitting quotes, including standards for data quality, security protocols, and delivery timelines for the conversion work. Pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, and any incumbent contractor information would be detailed in the primary RFQ document and supporting materials. Vendors interested in this opportunity should review all related solicitation documents to understand complete requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission procedures for their quotation responses.
