About this file

This is a Contract Discrepancy Notice document related to the State of Idaho's Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a Retroreflectometer, a specialized measurement instrument used for assessing reflective properties of road markings and transportation infrastructure. The bid was posted on January 18, 2025, with a submission deadline of January 30, 2025. The notice addresses discrepancies identified in the original bid solicitation and provides clarifications or corrections to the procurement requirements. The document serves as an official addendum to ensure all prospective bidders have accurate and complete information regarding the equipment specifications, technical requirements, delivery expectations, and submission procedures for this state procurement.

The Contract Discrepancy Notice establishes an opportunity for bidders to submit accurate proposals based on corrected or clarified information from the original ITB. No specific set-asides for disadvantaged business enterprises, women-owned small businesses, or other preference categories are explicitly identified in the available documentation. Potential bidders are directed to review the complete bid package, including this discrepancy notice, to ensure full compliance with all procurement parameters, evaluation criteria, and contractual requirements specific to Idaho's retroreflectometer procurement.
