About this file

This document is a data consumption statistics exhibit presenting cellular usage information for a six-month period from March through August. The data represents actual usage from a sample of 236 cellular lines out of 463 total lines assigned to an all-inclusive plan that includes voice, local data, and roaming services. The sample excludes 40 voice-only, pay-as-you-talk lines on a separate plan.

The actual usage data for the 236-line sample shows local data consumption of 11,018 GB over six months (averaging 1,836.33 GB monthly), call minutes totaling 68,764.60 minutes (averaging 11,460.80 minutes monthly), and roaming data of 133.16 GB (averaging 22.19 GB monthly), resulting in total data consumption of 11,151.16 GB. When this average usage per line is proportionally applied to all 463 all-inclusive plan lines, estimated total data consumption reaches 21,877.06 GB over six months (averaging 3,646.18 GB monthly), with local data at 21,615.82 GB, roaming data at 261.24 GB, and total call minutes at 134,906.80 minutes. The document explicitly emphasizes that these figures represent historical planning estimates and sample-based statistics only, and explicitly states they do not represent, establish, or imply any usage limits, caps, or thresholds, nor should they be interpreted or relied upon for planning, budgeting, or contractual purposes. Actual usage for unsampled lines may vary from the projections.

EXHIBIT 1 - DATA CONSUMPTION STATISTICS

Important Note: The figures below are statistics only. They reflect actual and estimated historical usage over the six-month period and do not represent, establish, or imply any usage limits, caps, or thresholds. These numbers should not be interpreted or relied upon as limits for planning, budgeting, or contractual purposes.

Six-Month Summary (March–August)

The source data represents the actual usage of a sample of 236 cellular lines from a total of 463 lines assigned to the all-inclusive plan, which includes voice, local data, and roaming services.

The sample excludes 40 voice-only, pay-as-you-talk lines, which are on a separate plan without data or roaming services.

Actual Usage — Sample of 236 Lines

Usage Category March April May June July August Six- Month Total

Monthly Average

To estimate usage for all 463 lines assigned to the all-inclusive plan, the average usage per line within the 236-line sample was applied proportionally to the full population of those lines. This projection assumes that the lines not included in the sample have usage patterns generally comparable to those of the sampled lines.

Estimated Usage — All 463 All-Inclusive Plan Lines

Projections for the full 463-line population assume usage patterns comparable to the sampled lines; actual usage for unsampled lines may vary.

Local and roaming data are tracked separately per carrier billing records, with total consumption calculated by combining both.

In summary: These figures are historical, sample-based planning estimates intended to inform understanding of usage trends — they are not usage caps or limits and should not be treated as such in any contract administration, budgeting, or compliance context.
