UNITED STATES HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL MUSEUM

CONTRACT EMPLOYEES

I, ___________________________, employed as a(n) __________________________ Print Full Name Print Position Title for __________________________________, hereby certify that I have been informed Print Company Name that the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum has a policy on Sensitive Security Information that prohibits disclosure of certain security and investigative data to any person or entity who is not expressly authorized to receive and view the data. I have read this policy and, as a Museum contract employee, I am bound by this policy.

I further certify that I have been informed that federal law prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets, proprietary data, and confidential information received from private parties in the course of performing official government duties. I understand that this prohibition could apply to certain information that I may view or receive in the course of performing my duties as a Museum contract employee.

I understand that Sensitive Security Information and third-party proprietary information will be appropriately identified and marked, and I agree not to engage in any conduct that will result in the unauthorized disclosure of the same.
