About this file
This is a permit requirements document from Mr. Chuck Nance, Real Estate Management Director at Joint Force Headquarters, outlining the necessary submissions for conducting work within Tennessee state highway right-of-way. The document specifies two primary requirements for permit authorization. First, applicants must submit a copy of the recorded deed to the subject property, which may be transmitted via email to Mr. Nance. Second, all property owners are required to sign the permit application. For properties owned by entities such as corporations, partnerships, or trusts, applicants must identify the specific individual authorized to sign on behalf of the owner and provide that individual's title.
No additional details regarding pricing, contract terms, funding sources, or other standard procurement information are provided in this document. The requirements are straightforward administrative prerequisites for right-of-way work authorization within the state of Tennessee highway system.
