The system must integrate with safety and case management systems, audiometry equipment, and the agency's HR system. It must include standard and customizable reports, an audit trail, role-based security and permissions, and meet all applicable regulations regarding health privacy and data security. Offerors must demonstrate five years of relevant experience, 24/7 technical support, and adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA and DOT standards.
