About this file

This file is an evaluation criteria template for assessing the prior experience of prime construction contractors responding to federal solicitations.

The template requires offerors to submit a maximum of four example projects demonstrating their experience and capability as the prime contractor on recent, relevant construction projects similar in size, scope, and complexity. All submitted projects must be 100% completed. For each project, contractors must provide: project title and contract number; dollar amount; project description (new construction, alteration, repair, etc.); construction type (design-build, design-bid-build, etc.); completion status; recency within five years; on-time performance; prime contractor role; percentage of self-performance; joint venture participation; and customer point of contact information. The evaluation will assess the offeror's demonstrated experience and depth of experience in performing recent, relevant construction projects, with projects rated as a whole to determine the contractor's capability to successfully meet solicitation requirements. This template is specific to the VA Northern California Health Care System flooring replacement project (Solicitation No. 36C26127Q0026), which involves replacing flooring, resilient base, stainless steel corner guards, and paint on the 3rd and 2nd floors of Building 650 at Sacramento Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Mather, California.
