EVA currently maintains over 8,000 contacts in its Constant Contact email marketing platform and operates multiple weekly email and text campaigns for both prospective and current families, with campaign volume varying seasonally. Vendors outside Oregon are eligible to bid and may register as a foreign entity after contract award if not already registered in Oregon. Abbreviated resumes for proposed team members are acceptable. The School seeks guidance and options for expanded paid media marketing opportunities across channels including radio, TV, billboards, direct mail, and streaming services. A Disclosure Exemption Affidavit is required only if the proposal contains trade secret information as defined under ORS 192.345(2). Proposals should not include signed Professional Services Agreements, which will be executed post-award.
