About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (Amendment No. 1) issued by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) for Solicitation No. EV00000679, dated 4/18/2025. The amendment addresses a travel facilitation solicitation and incorporates responses to vendor questions during the Q&A period that closed on 04/16/2025. The amendment clarifies key details about the state's travel management requirements, including that the current provider has an online booking portal used for most travel, with agents available to assist agencies if they choose not to use the portal.
The amendment reveals that Oklahoma agencies use P-Cards for travel expenses and require centralized billing or invoicing from suppliers. Vendors are permitted to submit their own pricing sheets, and the state is seeking flexibility in travel booking methods. Notably, the state declined to provide specific historical travel spending data or total transactional value for air travel, hotel stays, and rental car services. The amendment maintains that all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged, and suppliers are instructed to acknowledge the amendment by either returning a signed copy with their response or submitting a separate acknowledgement prior to the solicitation deadline.
