About this file

This is Amendment 4 to Solicitation EV00000600 issued by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) on January 28, 2025. The amendment provides clarification regarding Question #76 about medication refill requirements for ODOC facilities. The deadline for receipt of offers is 1:00 PM CST. The amendment specifically addresses how medications will be delivered using a one or two-day model during normal business days, or up to 3 days for holidays and weekends, which eliminates the need to pull medication packets that are no longer correct due to dose adjustments or therapy changes.

The amendment maintains all other terms and conditions from the original solicitation unchanged. Suppliers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment either by including it with their bid submission or, if they have already submitted a response, by returning a signed acknowledgment prior to the solicitation deadline. Responses should be submitted through the Oklahoma Supplier Portal.

Description of Amendment:

a. This is to incorporate the following:

On behalf of the State of Oklahoma, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) gives notice:

Further clarifications on the initial response to Question # 76.

76. Exhibit 3 Contract Requirement #16 – Requires orders requested for early refill 21 or more days ahead of when it is due to be verified. How does ODOC define early refills when a patient’s medications are packaged in a daily multi-dose packet and one of the medications the patient takes daily has a dose adjustment? Will the other medications in that pouch be required to be refilled early so that all medications in the daily packet are correct? Who is responsible for pulling the packets that are no longer correct once medications in the packets are adjusted (change in dose, discontinued, etc) or patient’s therapy changes (add medication to therapy regimen)? The medications will be delivered utilizing a one or two-day model during normal business days or up to 3 days in the case of holiday and/or weekends. This would eliminate the need to pull packets that are not correct.

b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
