About this file

These documents constitute essential bid documents for Kearsley Community Schools, containing multiple required compliance and disclosure forms for potential contractors. The forms include an Equal Opportunity Statement affirming non-discrimination policies, a Contractor Certification of Asbestos-Free Installation, a Familial Disclosure Form requiring bidders to disclose any familial relationships with school board members or administrators, and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.

Each form serves a specific legal and regulatory compliance purpose, requiring bidders to certify their adherence to various state and federal regulations. The documents mandate that contractors disclose potential conflicts of interest, confirm the absence of asbestos in materials, verify no familial connections that could compromise procurement integrity, and attest that they are not conducting business with sanctioned entities. These forms are designed to ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and legal compliance in the public procurement process for Kearsley Community Schools.
