About this file

This document contains the Special Terms and Conditions for Maypearl Independent School District's (MISD) Request for Proposal (RFP) #2024-1 for Kitchen Equipment. The RFP seeks to establish a pre-qualified list of responsive and responsible vendors to provide kitchen equipment that meets the district's needs. MISD is required to conduct a cost or price analysis for the procurement of goods and/or services within the scope of the RFP. The RFP was issued on March 6, 2024, with a proposal submission deadline of April 2, 2024, at 3:00 pm (CST). There will be no public bid opening for this RFP.

The RFP outlines the required warranty and maintenance agreements, contract negotiation terms, and delivery requirements. Vendors must submit a detailed statement of exceptions taken to any part of the RFP. MISD will not hold a public opening, but a list of "eligible for award" vendors will be published. Vendors should ensure that all pricing, data, and documents submitted are free of errors and inaccuracies, as these may disqualify the proposal.
