About this file
The document is an Addendum to an RFP issued by a University in Texas for Mailing Production and Delivery Services. The RFP seeks proposals for two types of mail services: Mailing Service, which includes materials, copy and sorted data delivery to the mail house; and Design to Mail Service, which provides vendor access to create graphics, messages/themes, copy, printing, personalization and data segmentation, in addition to personalization of printed materials, fold/cut, match/insert, application of postage and delivery to appropriate mailing facilities. The RFP indicates that designs change annually, and subcontracting is allowed. The University requests pricing on the medium-sized mailer that requires postage stamps.
The RFP indicates that respondents should propose contractual arrangements offering maximum benefit to the University in terms of services, total overall cost, and project management expertise. Proposers are encouraged to describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University. The RFP covers mailing services for Harris County and the City of Houston.
